Title: Ill-posedness for EMHD

Abstract: We construct initial data for the two and half dimensional electron MHD such that the data can be arbitrarily small in H^s (3<s<4) while the solution can be arbitrarily large in this space after a short time. This shows a norm inflation phenomenon.
